Your details.
Handled with care.
This notice covers information you share through the Ezzonix website.
What we collect
Our inquiry and review forms collect your name, creator or brand name, email, selected service and project description. You can also share a profile or website link, Instagram handle, platform, budget and timeline. A profile link is required for a profile review.
Why we use it
We use these details to understand your request, review the profile you provide, contact you and discuss relevant scope, availability and pricing. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or confirm a booking. We do not sell inquiry details.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in a hosted database used by this website. Access to the website’s inquiry inbox is restricted to the studio owner. Relevant project information may be shared with a specialist when needed to assess or deliver the work; we keep that sharing limited to the project.
The site’s hosting services process information to operate and secure the website. Google Fonts is used to load the typefaces. Links to independent specialist portfolios take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and security
Public inquiry forms do not require an account. Owner sign-in uses authentication cookies. We do not use inquiry details for advertising tracking. To reduce spam, the site may temporarily keep a hashed connection identifier and submission counts; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry record.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal documents through these forms.
Keeping or removing your details
We keep inquiry details while assessing your request and managing related follow-up or work. You can ask us to correct or remove an inquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact. We may need to verify that the request comes from the same person.
Contact and privacy requests
Use our inquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the project description. Include the email used for your original inquiry so we can find it.
